Digital Stationary ...

Digital Stationary is a term we coined after increasing client demand for this service. Many of the advertising agencies and corporate communications professionals with whom we work typically create video, audio, and graphics files that need to be approved by their clients. These large files were originally emailed over high speed internet lines and then downloaded by the client to their desk top. If your client is computer savvy and has the necessary hard disk space available, this works great. But why take the chance?

At SMi we feel it is much easier to burn a CD or DVD than to risk crashing your customer’s desk top with a lengthy download. All you need for a professional look is a pre-printed, blank CD-R (Or DVD-R) with your company’s address, logo, and colors. You simply burn the information onto the disc and send it out with a crisp, professional look and no worries. Here at SMi we have two options for Digital Stationary:

Silk Screen
Process

This is the highest quality available for Digital Stationary and is available in up to six colors. This is the exact same process we use for large scale CD / DVD manufacturing and includes making screens from your art work using either PMS inks or the CMYK process.

Prices will vary based upon the numbers of colors needed. Please note that the minimum quantity for this service is one hundred units.

Inkjet
Technology

This desk top service utilizes the Hewlett Packard Print Factory system. This system will take your art work and output directly from a graphics computer. There are no PMS colors, CMYK, or screens in this process. Art work for this service must be supplied in PC Format, either in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. There is no minimum order for this process and pricing is more competitive than silk screening.
