Our distribution center is designed for all aspects of the shipping process from direct mail through palletization. Order capturing is a big part of our back end services. SMi will warehouse your finished product and accept orders electronically, from 800 numbers, or via the internet. We have the ability to capture data, process credit cards, and create work orders. Product is then picked from inventory, packaged, and prepared for shipment. All of our records are kept electronically, and we provide full reporting on a monthly basis.

We have excellent relationships with all of the major carriers for both domestic and international shipments. We can mass distribute via direct mail, ship multiple products to your distributors, or bulk freight to one location.
