Every successful media manufacturing campaign starts with mutual cooperation between the client and their sales representative. Our people will educate you, spot problems before they happen, and guide you through the process. For achieving the best possible results, we recommend the following four steps.

Understand the Timeline and when all of your components (Master, art work) must be provided to meet your absolute deadline. Every day that components are delayed will add a day to your turnaround time.

Make sure your art work is designed to our specifications. We offer various imprint options (Silk Screen, Ink Jet, Off Set) and each one has different dimensions and acceptable software. If we have to manipulate your art work, it will add time and money. Ask your sales person for the correct template.

Get master approval before you send media to us. Nothing delays our services more than to start and then stop because of last minute content changes. To expedite the manufacturing process, make sure you have all of your internal content approvals before sending in media.

Put it in writing with a Purchase Order. There are certain steps we can take to get a project started from your verbal instructions. We cannot, however, begin mass replication until we have everything in writing from your company.
